Goals for the Weeks of 1/18/09 & 1/25/09

Over the next two weeks, our team plans to complete our portions of the Conceptual Design & Feasibility document. The goals have been adjusted based on the discussion from most recent TL meeting and the updated project plan.

Goals & Assignments for week of 1/18/09 (Due 1/23)

• (Matt, Steve) Assess & Document the Marketing considerations for the project
• (Alex, Tristan) Assess & Document what the End Deliverable for the project will be
• (Aaron, Larry) Assess & Document the current OnBoard Leads functionality

Tentative goals for the week of 1/25/09 (Due 1/30)

• Assess & Document existing mobile web sites, identifying design choices and compromises made when translating desktop websites into mobile websites
• Assess & Document alternative solutions for the project
• Assess & Document compromises required in OnBoard functionality for mobile site
• Research iPhone/Safari Platform
• Research BlackBerry Bold Platform
• Research iPaq/Windows Mobile Platform

All work should be done collaboratively with the PA & QA teams to reduce overlapping work and share progress and ideas.

There is no class Monday, however the team is expected to continue working outside of school to stay on schedule. Every team member is expected to create a blog post outlining what they plan to cover in their part of the deliverable by Monday night.

This week, the team plans to meet during CB on Wednesday to discuss the project and the week's deliverables.
