Concerns
- Team members seem to be showing lack of seriousness and enthusiasm in assignments. (Assignments due Friday morning were started Wednesday afternoon)
- Early deliverable drafts received today have been on the poor side. I have not received all of the drafts I asked for.
- A majority of my team has not provided me with a status update so I don't know what their situations are.
- Alex's blog has disappeared. No word yet as to why his blog no longer exists.
General Observations
- Monday's holiday threw off the team. Nothing was done because we never met during class that day.
- Not having the TPS server has made documentation difficult as there is no other OnBoard documentation.
Open Issues
- The TPS Server has not yet arrived.
- The Blackberry still has no way to connect to the Penn State Abington VPN.
- Changes to the desktop version of the OnBoard Leads application are still being revised and may have an effect on our project.
