Goals for the Week of 1/12/09 - 1/13/09

Goals for the development team for the week:

• Sign the contract.
• Watch the meeting video.
• Ensure everyone has created their blog.
• Complete developers resources and have the developers begin to get up to speed on the technologies they're going to need to understand.
• Have the development team take notes on the meeting, specifically keeping in mind the development implications of what is said during the meeting.

As of this week, all dev. team meatings will be held from 11am to 1pm every MWF.

Goals for the next 2 weeks (yet to be assigned)

• Research the TPS Leads Management CRM functionality
• Research the current "OnBoard" system architecture
• Research and document the "Guard Dog" security system
• Research Mobile browser capabilities (Safari/Webkit mobile, Blackberry browser, IE Mobile)
• Compile mobile web site best practices reference
• Identify the interface components in the current OnBoard system
