Current Weeks Deliverables:
Deliverables due this past Thursday are not yet complete. Larry, Tristan, Stephen, and Aaron have completed early drafts of their documentation which will have to be improved this weekend.
Alex and Matt have given me their first draft this morning (Friday), which I have not had a chance to review at this time.
Upcoming Work:
Major changes to the project plan have been made this week. The team is going to have to switch focus to requirements for next week, in addition to finishing the domain & discovery document.
Beginning next week my team will start working on small coding exercises related to the project to ensure the team's skills are on par with what is expected from the course.
TPS has completed preparing the server which should allow my team to begin proper discovery into how the system works and reviewing the functionality. Having the server also will allow us to begin development now that the web services are available to use.
