Tomorrow (Saturday), the Dev. team will begin fixing bugs found by the QA team. We will be meeting as a team at school to collaborate on the project. Because it took some time to get the QA team to complete their test scripts, this first phase of bug fixes will be done concurrently with testing.
Starting next week we plan to have a regular "test, then fix" cycle, where testing is done before bug fixes, not as bug fixes are being done.
Today, I'm going to write build scripts so that I can publish & send out new releases in one step. Manually publishing and releasing has become too tedious a task. It is too easy to forget steps.
