Preceding Week's Objectives
- Complete 8 pages in the OnBoard Mobile web site.
Preceding Week's Status
- With the exception of Matt & Sam, all team members have completed & submitted their work to me.
- Sam is still in the process of finishing his page with the help of Larry.
- Because of Matt's vacation this week, I have completed his page myself so it is not delayed any further.
- The preceding week's pages are 85-90% complete. All that is left is to fix the layout and correct some noticable bugs on some pages.
Current Week's Objectives
I have assigned 7 pages to individual team members to complete. I am working on 3 more pages which are all related so they should be simple to complete as one assignment.
I plan on finishing up the pages from last week by Tuesday & receive my team's assignments Wednesday to polish.
By Saturday, I'm planning to finish the last 8 pages of the site.
If everything goes according to plan, all core site functionality will be finished by Saturday.
Issues & Concerns
Matt did not do any work for the project last week & due to his vacation this week, I am down a developer.
Also, the IST & TPS web servers' configuration is making it very difficult to develop. The current configuration is definitely a detriment to the development of the site.
