Preceding Week's Status
- All "administrivia" pages are complete
- The master page, & the API for working with dynamic elements of the master page are complete
- The style sheet theme for the site is about 80% complete. The rest will be completed as the site matures.
Current Week's Objectives
The mobile Leads Management app has 24 pages to create. Approximately 25 user controls will map to those pages. This week, 8 of the pages have been assigned to dev. team members as well as some PM team members assigned to work on development. The assignments have been emailed out and will be added to BaseCamp within the next 24 hours.
Issues & Concerns
The team is still learning ASP.NET & C# as they go. Coupled with an unfamiliar proprietary API that is to be developed against, this could slow development time. Given the fact that the team is currently ahead of schedule may be a major advantage that could overcome this problem. I am also working with all team members to the best of my ability to ensure everyone can develop to the level expected of them.
Also, the IST & TPS web servers' configuration is making it very difficult to develop. The current configuration is definitely a detriment to the development of the site.
